Around when will the stock market rebound into a primary bull market?

I've heard a lot of people say that the economy will start to recover in the second half of 2009. I've also heard that the stock market is 6 to 9 months ahead of the economy. Does that mean that the stock market will turn bullish earlier than mid 2009, or is that when the stock market will bottom out?

1. It will turn around when everybody who is scared has dumped their stock. The only way to know is to watch the charts. Based on past history, the turn will be a wide saucer, rather than the letter V. There is no way to predict exactly what month this will happen, so people who are "saying" things like this are trying to sound important and should be ignored.
