Why does Nancy Polosi think shes the Prez? Did anyone remember the kid in school that got to hold the coaches clipboard for the day? Remember how cool he thought he was. I feel sorry for the Democrat men that are following her lead. Note to nancy. Your simply carrying the clipboard. Let the big boys handle this. Go home and cook for your husband like your supposed to.
Phil Jackson is deciding whether or not he wants to coach only home games next season wha?!?!? So how exactly is this gonna work? Is he gonna only get paid half of what he's making now? (I doubt it) Is he gonna fuss at the Lakers during away halftime breaks on a laptop computer while he is at home chilling with his family? I mean how in the world does this happen while coaches like Pop is still putting in the long trips away from his family and hours of work and on the other hand Phil is handing Kobe the clipboard and negotiates coaching home games only. Don't worry I'm not a Phil nor Lakers hater I mean the man has won 10 rings but you gotta have some pull to even think of something like this. I'm just simply pointing out what I see. ur thoughts.
How is this joke? You are at the olympics and there is the most feared wrestler in the world from Russia against the young American. The coach for the american is talking to his wrestler before the match, Son I know you can beat this guy you have the courage and strength just what ever you don't let him get you into the pretzel hold, he answers, don't worry coach I got it. Moments after the match started the russian had him in the pretzel hold, coach slams his clipboard to the ground and slowly walks back to the locker room, when he hears the american ground going nuts, when he goes back to the arena the ref has the american hand up in victory, coach asks him how he did it, nobody has ever got out of that hold. He answered back, coach I knew I was in trouble when he got that hold on me but I looked up and saw these two hairy balls, I opened my mouth as far as I could, coach a man doesn't know his own strength until he bites his own balls.
How did the pats cheat? All the NFL rule prohibits is using a photographer to facilitate the sign stealing. Admittedly the Patriots violated the rule. But let's not assume that the Patriots benefited from the illegal photographer. Even if the Patriots' sign-stealing efforts were successful and paid off in identifiable advantages on the field, the Pats might have broken the Jets code even without the photographer. In the NFL, teams are allowed to view overhead photographs of the opponent's defensive alignment just before the snap and immediately thereafter. A knowledgeable coach with a clipboard and pencil could perform the same study of the opponent's signals, correlate them with the defensive photographs, and deduce the defensive calls. In short, the Patriots might have ended up with the same competitive advantage they (presumably) had anyway. Those people calling for the Patriots to forfeit games need to show how this videotaping produced an advantage that the Patriots wouldn't have gained legally. I doubt there was an advantage gained from the illegality.

What should I do??? ='(? OK so I've been playing soccer for my school since my sophomore year (I am now a senior). I played JV for sophomore year and junior year (captain). This year though, I have reason to believe I was going to make Varsity (seeing as coach was putting me with the girls who are more likely to be in Varsity). Yesterday, I told coach that I couldn't play because I have too many responsibilities which is true. I have to write essays for college applications, a 10 page essay for the IB program I'm in, and apply for scholarship (which includes writing essays). To make things worse, my laptop cracked and I am currently using the school computers (so I have to stay after school sometimes). But now I'm starting to regret my decision in resigning (coach nearly dropped the clipboard when I told him I was resigning) since 1.) I may have finally made Varsity and 2.) One of the previous captains was out and he MIGHT have chosen me who knows... To make things worst, it turns out that one of the scholarships I wanted to apply to badly was one for student athletes so I may not be able to apply anymore! Tryouts end tomorrow what should i do??? Btw I already told my coach I wouldn't be going anymore and shook hands with him and all and it'd be awkward to go back last minutes after I probably messed up his plans.
i'm starting a basketball team for ages 21-25...? we have a coach/player/captain situation and there's 5 other teammates. all of which have never played with a REAL coach. real coach meaning, a guy with a clipboard, screaming and yelling, and subbing, and cheering and all that good stuff. i've won 30 basketball championships in my days because i had great coaching. now it's my turn to coach/play. i'm using the same methods that brought my championships. but here's the problem... no one takes me or the league we're about to play in seriously. i'm the oldest, most experienced. i have plays i've made myself guaranteed to perfection. will i ever find people who's willing to listen to me?
Why did Manning insist on getting his backup killed? Make no mistake, the Colts are pansies. They talked all week about Harrison starting and Manning would play to work on timing. The Colts wanted the Titans to win because they have a better chance of beating a banged up Charger team and Cleveland would have been a sandlot 200-197 type of game against the Chargers. Manning is a joke!!! If the O coordinator is calling those plays it is one thing, but Manning now thinks he is a coach and almost got his backup killed. Peyton, put the clipboard and the headset down and concentrate on how in the world you are going to make it out of the divisional series with the BOLTS. It is irrelevent because this is the Patriots year...KUDOs I love my Eagles, and hate the Patriots but I am woman enough to admit that they are incredible, much to my husbands hatred of them. He cannot admit that they are the best team WE ever saw, it kills me but they are. What do you think about Manning as the new coach of the offense? Is Dungy afraid of Manning
Does everyone deserve a second chance 2? Okay for high school i am a teachers assistant for my high school soccer coach. It was currently tryouts and he was going to select the team on friday, but chose it today. When i was TA i looked in his clipboard to find my name on his attendance sheet.(because i switched classes to be in his class and wanted to know if i successfully got in this class) I accidently came on the roster and sneaked a peak. (i shud have never done) I saw my name on the team and told 3 of my friends trying out that they made the team. I guess one of them texted their dad who called the coach to talk with him (what about iono?) He found me and told me im off the team because of that. I pleaded with him to let me on because i never done anything like that before and i didnt do it out of bad intentions and asked him for a second chance.( i was on his team last year) He said he'd sleep on it. Would you give me a second chance?

As I continue sliding down the hill the pain grows worst. Both my goggles and skis flew off my body before I hit the ground. I try digging my nails down into the ground to stop myself from going any further, but I only break my nails in the process. Then I notice, I can't see a thing! I want to wipe all the tears out of my eyes but I know it's not the tears blocking my sight, it's blood. My skis must have hit my face before hitting the ground, causing the blood to fall into my eyes. I can't think of anything worst then this, it seems like i've been hopelessly sliding down for hours without help. Then I stop, the only thing left to do is lay there, not moving a muscle, and wait, just wait. After a few more moments pass by someone finally picks me up, the rest is a blur. The room is dark, I want to get up, but it looks like i've been strapped onto a stretcher. I look around but fail to see anything. I wonder if its the blood blocking my sight, but I prove myself wrong with a see a light coming from under the main door. A few minutes past untill I hear a knock on the door. Not knowing if I should answer I simply lay there. Finally someone comes into the room, it's a middle aged man wearing a white lap coat, and holding a clipboard while scribbling something on a piece of paper. "Looks like you had a pretty bad fall," he pauses takes a breath of air and continues. "Sadly, your results are even worst. You need surgery, afterwards life won't be so easy it's looks like you have to give up your Olympic dream." I want to shout "NO" but I can only let out a cry. I was so close yet so far away. Now I don't even get a secound chance... I wake up from someone tugging on me. I noctice it's coach Ryan. "You were screaming, what the hell happened." I remain speechless as I look around the room. "Surprised you can see huh? Just blood, but it's gone." I fake a smile and nod, noticing how different the room looked in my dream. It was just a dream I repeat in my head trying to calm myself down. Then someone lightly knocks on the door, just like in my dream. I somewhat excepted the same male doctor to come in, my instead it a young female nurse. "Kim Venn, surprise seeing you here, I thought you were going stay at the Olympics to celebr..." She pauses when coach Ryan pulls her aside and wispers something into her ear. I knew it was something about me, but what could it be? I was just about to ask what was going on, but the nurse returned to my bedside and said.. "Anyway, I have good and slightly bad news. It turns out a rare snake bit you and injected it's venom into you. If you came in right when it happened we would take out the venom and you would be good to go. Since you waited a week to tell us, the process with be a bit harder. But don't freak out you'll be back to normal in no time, it will just hurt a bit more, and take two days to recover. Now the bad news, the venom seems to spread through most of your body that we may not be able to get out. Meaning you will get sudden pains through out your body, but not enough to knock you off your feet. Your very lucky Kim Venn, you may not feel so lucky right now, but talk to your coach and then we will see you doing the happy dance." She leaves with a smile on her face and says Dr. Uvlect will be with me in just a moment, she also adds in that they numbed up my leg to stop the pain. But the only thing I could think of is what Coach is about to tell me. I have a feeling it has to do with me, and the Olympics..... the final part is still to come and then im done!
WHY IS MICHAEL VICK COMPLAINING? Just wondering why Mike Vick is already complaining? He must of have already forgotten what a jail cell felt like. The courts being very generous on his violence/stealing against society. Most of you probably buy in to the dog hanging thing. If I really thought he was involved with that I would be in line myself to take care of his black ass myself. What he did, and most of you are too stupid to realize that there was a major problem of unreported income and he either pleaded his way out or there was not enough evidence to convict the Vick. People do not fight dogs because they think that their fido is better than the next guys. They fight these animals because of the gambling part that is involved. That mean Unreported Income!! Other than gambling, we would be rid dog fighting. Back to Vick. He is not a quarterback. He is an incredible athlete that plays football. Check his stats with the Falcoons! He can't play quarterback. At any level. He would have been decapitated in the BIG Ten, SEC, Big Twelve. No intelligent NFL coach. Scratch that. No NFL coach would ever put him in charge. He is not a quarterback! I am just shocked that he is complaining about his role. He is lucky he has a job. Donovan McNabb is better blind than Vick is on a healthy day. Why is he pushing this issue of his role? He will most likely be working somewhere that a broom comes natural to him (: If he pushes this issue enough. They will have gotten rid of better players than Vick!. Andy Reid will cut his ass. He is not worth it. He will get what he wants. A nice seat on a Canadian football bench with a nice hat and a clipboard for his paws.
Young Footballer got a chance to sign for 2 major clubs? Hello, I am Ryan Shurtin I have played football all my life since i was about 5 and love the sport to bits. And I have been recently told that I am being scouted by Manchester United and Arsenal by fellow coaches at my team, I am 17 now and would love to get a chance to play for one of these top quality sides. This is not a joke by the way, I dont know how true the scouting thing is but I have seen some people at my games with clipboards and also people i have never seen before. If this is true I would be so amazed and could not really choose which team to play for at all, you lot may say choose which one you feel like, but I do not have a clue. I am not nessacarily going to choose the team you tell me to join because that would be a bit stupid, what I want is some ideas on where i can progress my football at which of those two clubs and I really want to become a great footballer. By the way I fergot to mention I play centre forward and I am about 5ft 8. Thank you for your time.

More of my final story...? I dont except you to read all this, I just need a place to keep my story (Mic. Word isnt working) You can read it if you want tho and comment! Later Coach and I hike up MoonLight Hill and do some last minute training. "You seem to be in good shape," he says, "I knew it was nothing serious." "Right, thats why your face was snow white, and why you could'nt talk." I say with a chuckle He smiles too, and gives me a few pointers. We pick up Paige on our way, cross our fingers and pray to do good. WINTER OLYMPICS "Do good." coach wispers, and pats me on my back. "Win this, and I'll stop giving out your phone number to random people for money." Paige adds on. Knowing that she's joking, I let out a short laugh, and add in a "Thanks". "Next up is 20 year old Kim Venn representing America, this is her first time in the Olympics, but hopefully we will see more of her next year." Says the announcer. I hear one beep, then another one, and finally my que to go. "And shes off, with a good start. Kim is a pretty young alpine skier here in the Olympics, but she does have what it takes. So far she is about 0.34 tenths of a secound back, and is curently at the secound jump. Kim's starts aren't always the best, but she does get better later on. Her weaknesses are sharp turns, but it seems as if she has been working on those. Now on this next jump alot of skiers today totally flipped out and fell meaning they were unable to finish the race. But it looks like Kim did perfect on that jump, putting her in the lead by 0.5 tenths of a secound." The announcer continues... I just passed one of the hardest jumps on the track, and am slightly ahead. I say a quick prayer in my head, but thats when it happens. An unbelievable pain in the back of my leg begins. I fall right on my back from a huge jump, and slide down the hill hopelessly. Tears fall down my face and I scream. The icy coolness stops and burning begins. I want to tell myself that this is all a dream, but I know its real... and I know the Olympics are over...for me.... Now the bad news, the venom seems to spr
